Senior Architectural Designer

Our architectural design firm in Fonvieille is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Architectural Designer to join our team. As a Senior Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design process and managing projects from concept to completion. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and other team members to develop innovative and functional designs that meet project requirements.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction standards
- Ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in English (French proficiency is a plus)
- Must have own visa for working in Fonvieille (sponsored visas will not be provided)

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for various architectural projects from initial concept to final construction documents.
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and create designs that meet their needs.
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure designs are feasible and meet building codes.
- Create detailed drawings using AutoCAD or Revit software.
- Develop 3D models using SketchUp or other 3D rendering software.
- Review project plans for accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure designs are being implemented correctly.
- Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on projects when needed.

This is an urgent job opportunity with a competitive salary of $1000 per month.
