Senior Commercial Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Architect to join our growing team in Fonvieille. As a Senior Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing commercial architectural projects from conception to completion. This is a full-time position with visa sponsorship available.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects and designers to develop project proposals, designs, and construction documents
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure project goals are met
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design plans and building codes
- Create detailed drawings, models, and renderings using CAD software
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in commercial architecture
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Proficient in CAD software and other design tools
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
