We are seeking a talented Commercial Architect to join our team in Fonvieille. In this contract role, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings and structures. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements for commercial projects
- Create detailed architectural plans and designs using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and meets quality standards
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure that the design vision is achieved
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project to coordinate efforts and resolve any issues that may arise
- Conduct site visits to inspect progress and provide guidance as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Strong proficiency in CAD software
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail

This position requires someone who is highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per week. The exact salary will be determined based on your qualifications and experience.

Location:
Our office is located in beautiful Fonvieille, Monaco. However, due to the current situation with COVID-19, this position may require remote work until it is safe to return to the office. Candidates must have their own visa and be legally allowed to work in Monaco.
