Part-Time Industrial Architect
Location: Fonvieille, Monaco


We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Industrial Architect to join our team in Fonvieille, Monaco. As a part-time employee, you will be responsible for assisting with various architectural projects, including designing and planning industrial buildings and structures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to develop innovative and functional industrial building designs.
- Utilize AutoCAD and other design software to create detailed plans, drawings, and 3D models.
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project needs.
- Research building codes and regulations to ensure compliance with local laws.
- Prepare cost estimates and project proposals.
- Oversee construction progress and provide guidance to contractors.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial architecture.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software.
- Strong understanding of building materials, construction methods, and building codes.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate part-time hours.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Experience working on industrial projects in Monaco or similar location.
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month for this part-time position.
