Junior Industrial Architect



As a Junior Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings, structures, and facilities. You will work alongside experienced architects to create functional, safe, and cost-effective solutions for our clients. This is a full-time position in Fonvieille with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior architects in developing project plans and designs for industrial buildings.
- Collaborate with engineers and construction teams to ensure feasibility of designs.
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for design development.
- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed drawings and blueprints.
- Research building materials and construction techniques to determine the most suitable options for projects.
- Monitor construction progress to ensure designs are being implemented correctly.
- Communicate with clients regularly to understand their needs and address any concerns.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Knowledge of industrial building design principles, codes, and regulations.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on industrial building projects or internships in architecture firms.
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices.
- Familiarity with building information modeling (BIM) software.

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently as well as part of a team. Accommodation will be provided for non-residents of Fonvieille. Visa sponsorship may also be available for international candidates.
