Architecture Manager

We are in need of an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team at our office in Fonvieille. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and overseeing architecture projects from conception to completion. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of architects and ensuring that projects are completed within budget and on schedule.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of architects and provide guidance and support throughout all phases of a project
- Develop project timelines and budgets, ensuring that they are adhered to
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and develop project plans accordingly
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Review and approve design drawings, ensuring they meet all necessary codes and regulations
- Oversee the selection of materials, finishes, and furnishings for each project
- Manage relationships with contractors, subcontractors, and other vendors involved in the project
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress
- Ensure that all projects are completed within specified timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and regulations
- Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural software

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of $1100 per month for this full-time position.

Location:
This position is located at our office in Fonvieille. While we prefer local candidates, we are open to considering qualified candidates who are willing to relocate.
