Entry-Level Architecture Manager


An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Entry-Level Architecture Manager to join our team in Fonvieille. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction process of various architectural projects, from initial planning stages to final completion. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about architecture and looking to kick-start their career in this field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop design concepts and plans for projects
- Oversee the construction process, ensuring that it adheres to design plans and meets quality standards
- Manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring that they are met within agreed timelines and costs
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders involved in the project
- Maintain accurate project documentation and communicate updates to relevant parties
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural software
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail with a creative mindset
