Architecture Manager


We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Fonvieille. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, managing a team of architects and designers, and ensuring that all projects are completed within budget and on time.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of architects and designers
- Oversee the design process from concept to construction
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop project plans accordingly
- Ensure that all projects comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Review and approve architectural designs, plans, and drawings
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays that may arise
- Manage project budgets and expenses to ensure projects are completed within financial constraints
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the construction process
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in technology, and best practices in architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards success
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, team members, and other professionals
- Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality

Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional licensure as an architect (or in the process of obtaining)
- Prior experience working on commercial or residential projects in Fonvieille (or similar location)

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1800 per month.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with standard working hours from Monday to Friday. Some flexibility may be required depending on project schedules.
