Architecture Manager - Fonvieille, Monaco


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Fonvieille, Monaco. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all stages of architectural design and construction projects from conception to completion
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions that meet their requirements
- Create detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate with contractors and other team members to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify any issues or delays
- Review and approve drawings, specifications, and other project documents
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Maintain accurate project records and documentation
- Provide regular updates to clients on project status and address any concerns or questions they may have

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Proven track record of managing successful architecture projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, contractors, and team members
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other architectural design software

Salary:
1400$ per month
