Senior Architect - Fonvieille, Monaco

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Fonvieille, Monaco. As our Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects from concept to completion. Your main duties will include creating detailed plans and drawings, managing project timelines and budgets, and collaborating with clients and other professionals to ensure successful project delivery.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in architecture with proven experience in managing complex projects. You must also possess excellent leadership and communication skills as you will be working closely with clients, contractors, and other team members. Your attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities will also be essential in successfully completing projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed plans, blueprints, and drawings for various architectural projects
- Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide suitable design solutions
- Liaise with contractors, engineers, designers, and other professionals to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects or interns as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as a Senior Architect or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, construction methods, materials, and techniques
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software programs
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to effectively convey complex information to different stakeholders
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members towards a common goal
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities

We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month, as well as visa sponsorship for non-Monaco residents. This is a full-time position without accommodation.
