Entry-Level Machine Operator

We are in need of an Entry-Level Machine Operator to join our team in Fonvieille. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machines used in our production process. Your main duties will include setting up machines, monitoring their operations, and inspecting finished products for quality assurance.

To excel in this position, you should have a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of machine mechanics. Previous experience is not required as we will provide on-the-job training. However, candidates with basic knowledge of machine operations will be given preference.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and adjust machines according to specifications
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure smooth functioning
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure quality standards are met
- Troubleshoot machine issues and perform basic maintenance tasks
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical or vocational education is a plus)
- Basic understanding of machine operations (previous experience is a plus)
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
- Biometric passport or the ability to obtain one
