Senior Accountant



We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our team in Fonvieille. As a leading accounting firm, we require a candidate with extensive knowledge and experience in all areas of accounting, including financial reporting, tax compliance, and budgeting. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day accounting functions of our company and ensuring accuracy and integrity in all financial transactions.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and government regulations
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting activities
- Monitor cash flow and prepare monthly cash flow projections
- Conduct regular audits to identify any discrepancies or errors
- Provide guidance to junior accounting staff when required
- Collaborate with external auditors for annual audits
- Develop financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- CPA certification is required
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as an Accountant or Senior Accountant
- Extensive knowledge of accounting principles and regulations (GAAP/IFRS)
- Proficient in using accounting software (Sage, QuickBooks)
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluent in English (French proficiency is an asset)

Benefits:
