Executive Chef at a Luxury Resort in Fonvieille
We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team at a luxury resort in Fonvieille. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the resort's food operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and managing kitchen staff. Your creativity, passion for food, and attention to detail will be key in ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and design menus that reflect the resort's standards and cater to diverse tastes
- Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest quality and presentation standards
- Train, mentor, and manage kitchen staff to maintain high levels of performance
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain budget goals
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute special events or themed dinners
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef at a luxury hotel or resort
- Experience in fine dining restaurants or banquets is preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Extensive knowledge of various cuisines, cooking techniques, and ingredients
- Ability to create innovative menus while maintaining profitability
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to work under pressure
- Must possess a valid biometric passport
