We are in search of a highly organized and motivated Part-time Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Fonvieille. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and a strong background in restaurant management. Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service
- Create and maintain employee schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts
- Train new employees on company policies and procedures
- Monitor expenses and control costs to ensure profitability
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant at all times
- Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food orders
- Collaborate with management to plan menus, specials, and promotional events
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in hospitality or restaurant management is preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Compensation:
