Seasonal Restaurant Manager (Fonvieille, France)

We are in search of an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our seasonal restaurant in the picturesque city of Fonvieille, France. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant operations, including staff management, budgeting, and customer service. Your main goal will be to ensure an exceptional dining experience for our guests while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and train a team of servers, cooks, and other staff members
- Create staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas of the restaurant
- Oversee food preparation and presentation to ensure high quality standards are met
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to create new menu items and specials
- Monitor sales performance and make adjustments as needed to meet financial goals

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and industry best practices
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in budgeting and inventory management
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.

Accommodation:
Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the seasonal contract.
