Restaurant Manager - Fonvieille, Biometric Passport Preferred

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Fonvieille. This role requires someone with a strong background in the food and beverage industry, preferably with experience in managing a high-end restaurant. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to create a positive and efficient working environment for their team.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff schedules, ensuring high-quality customer service, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.
- Train new staff members on restaurant policies, procedures, and menu offerings.
- Create and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Manage budgeting and financial planning for the restaurant.
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create innovative menu offerings that align with customer preferences.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members and provide coaching or training as needed.

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of budgeting, financial planning, and inventory management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Biometric passport preferred but not required.

Salary: $1800 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Fonvieille (must be able to legally work in this city)
