Restaurant Manager - Fonvieille, Luxembourg
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our restaurant in the beautiful city of Fonvieille. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, from daily operations to customer service and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, and support staff
- Create schedules and assign duties to ensure efficient operation of the restaurant
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure high quality customer service is provided at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in both front-of-house and back-of-house areas
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and standards
- Develop strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and maintaining financial performance
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines and regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Salary: 1300$ per month with accommodation provided.
