Barista (Contract) - Fonvieille, Monaco



We are in need of a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team on a contract basis. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving quality coffee and other beverages to our customers. Our ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, a passion for coffee, and is able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve various types of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages
- Ensure consistently high quality of all drinks served
- Maintain knowledge of all menu items, special promotions, and company policies
- Keep the work area clean and organized at all times
- Take orders from customers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and addressing any issues or complaints promptly
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Barista or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Knowledge of different brewing methods, equipment maintenance, and latte art is preferred
- Ability to work in a standing position for extended periods of time
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must be able to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per month for this contract position.

Our cafe is located in the beautiful city of Fonvieille in Monaco. This is an ideal location for someone who enjoys the bustling city life while also being close to the sea.

Accommodation:
This position does not come with accommodation. However, there are many affordable housing options available in Fonvieille.
