Executive Chef

As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations and leading a team of cooks to deliver high-quality and innovative dishes. You will create and update menus, manage inventory and food costs, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen. You will also be responsible for training and developing the culinary skills of your team members. This role requires excellent leadership skills, creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a chef in a fine dining restaurant, strong knowledge of international cuisines, and a degree or diploma in culinary arts. French nationality or experience working in France is preferred. This position offers a salary of 1600$ per month and is located in Fonvieille, providing an opportunity to live and work in one of the most beautiful cities in the world while showcasing your culinary talents.
