Executive Chef


We are in need of an experienced and talented Executive Chef to join our team at our high-end restaurant located in the beautiful city of Fonvieille. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and innovative menus that meet the needs and preferences of our diverse clientele
- Manage and train kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food production and efficient operations
- Oversee inventory control and ordering of food supplies to maintain cost-effectiveness
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment in compliance with sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination of events and special functions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and ingredients to continuously improve our menu offerings

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Chef in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Creative flair with a passion for creating unique dishes using fresh, local ingredients
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
