Head Chef
We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to join our team at a high-end restaurant in the beautiful city of Fonvieille. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing our menu, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest quality standards. You will also be responsible for managing and training the kitchen staff, maintaining inventory and food costs, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
To be successful in this role, you must have a passion for food and creativity in developing new dishes. You should have at least 5 years of experience as a sous chef or head chef in a fine dining establishment. A degree in culinary arts or equivalent is preferred. The ideal candidate should also have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure.
This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.
