Construction Manager - Fonvieille, France


As a Construction Manager in Fonvieille, France, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that all parties are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project schedules and budgets
- Identify and procure necessary resources (materials, equipment, labor)
- Oversee daily on-site activities and resolve any issues or delays
- Conduct regular meetings with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on project progress
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Review and approve project plans, specifications, and change orders
- Manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
- Prepare progress reports for management

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in construction management or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering preferred
- Experience managing large-scale commercial or residential projects
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage teams
- Excellent communication skills in French (spoken & written)
- Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6

Salary:
This is a contract position paying a salary of $900 per week.
