Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Fonvieille. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in construction management and a solid understanding of the construction process from planning to completion. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring quality and safety standards are met. This is a full-time position without accommodation and candidates must have their own visa.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project timelines and budgets
- Allocate resources and manage on-site personnel
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders including clients, contractors, and team members
- Identify potential risks or issues and implement solutions in a timely manner
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to meet project goals

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management or related role
- Strong understanding of the construction process including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Ability to problem solve and make decisions under pressure
- Proficient in project management software
- Must have own visa for working in Fonvieille
