As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects in the city of Fonvieille. Your main goal will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be working closely with a team of professionals including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure that all project requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all phases of construction projects from planning to completion
- Develop project timelines and budgets and monitor progress against them
- Review project plans and specifications to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Act as a liaison between clients, architects, engineers, contractors and subcontractors
- Oversee procurement of materials and equipment needed for projects
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues or concerns
- Identify potential risks or delays and develop contingency plans
- Ensure that all safety standards are followed on project sites
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in construction management
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Experience with project management software is preferred
This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month. Accommodation will also be provided for the right candidate. All nationalities are welcome to apply for this role.
