Office Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Fonvieille. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff and ensuring the smooth functioning of our daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Maintain office supplies and ensure inventory levels are sufficient
- Perform data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks as needed
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Process expense reports and assist with other accounting tasks
- Perform general office errands as required
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in office management is a plus
- Minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with biometric passports
- Fluency in French
Salary: $1100 per month.
