Office Assistant - Fonvieille, Monaco
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Fonvieille, Monaco. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize all incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for the team
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Maintain filing systems and ensure accurate record keeping
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate person
- Assist with travel arrangements and other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Biometric passport is required for international travel
Salary:
This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month.
