Office Assistant
We are seeking a reliable and efficient Office Assistant for our company located in Fonvieille. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in an administrative or office support role, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask. This is a contract position with a salary of $900 per month, with the option of accommodation provided if needed.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the office including answering phones, filing, and data entry
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Keep track of office expenses and assist with budget management
- Handle any other tasks assigned by management
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong organizational abilities with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and accuracy is crucial for this role
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must have own visa to work in Fonvieille
