Sales and Merchandising Coordinator


We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Sales and Merchandising Coordinator to join our team in Fonvieille. This role will be responsible for coordinating sales efforts, developing merchandising strategies, and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail outlets.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate sales activities, including setting sales targets and monitoring performance
- Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to showcase products and drive sales
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking of products
- Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing team to create promotional campaigns and events
- Train sales staff on product knowledge and effective sales techniques
- Monitor customer feedback and resolve any issues or complaints
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail industry
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to develop effective merchandising strategies
- Familiarity with market trends and consumer behavior
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: $1400 per month

Location: Fonvieille (open to all nationalities)

Contract Type: Full-time (own visa jobs available)
