We are in search of an experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic and growing team in Fonvieille, Monaco. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations and achieving sales targets for our company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and previous experience in a managerial role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives.
- Monitor sales performance and provide guidance and support to team members.
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
- Maintain strong knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall company goals.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager or similar role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions based on market insights.
- Fluent in English (knowledge of French is an advantage).
- Must have accommodation in Fonvieille or be willing to relocate.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per month plus commission based on performance.
