Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure their success
- Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Analyze data and provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasting, and market trends
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth sales process and customer satisfaction
- Continuously improve sales processes, procedures, and systems to increase efficiency
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office applications
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Available to work part-time hours with flexibility for occasional evening or weekend work
- Must be legally authorized to work in Fonvieille
