Job Title: Land Surveyor
Location: Fonvieille, Monaco


We are hiring a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Fonvieille. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries, topography, and other important information for engineering, construction, or mapmaking purposes. You will also be required to analyze data and prepare reports.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using a variety of methods such as GPS, total stations, and aerial photography
- Identify boundaries and determine property lines using legal documents and previous surveys
- Create detailed maps and drawings of surveyed areas
- Use specialized software to analyze survey data and create reports
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress
- Adhere to local laws and regulations while conducting surveys
- Collaborate with other professionals such as engineers and architects on projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field
- Proven experience as a Land Surveyor (at least 2 years)
- Knowledge of surveying techniques and equipment
- Proficiency in specialized software such as AutoCAD or GIS
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Familiarity with local laws and regulations related to land surveying

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.

This is a full-time position that requires the candidate to work 40 hours per week.
