Land Surveyor

As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data to determine the location, size, shape, and elevation of land or marine features. You will use specialized equipment, such as GPS systems and laser scanners, to measure and map out these features. Your duties may also include creating detailed reports, presenting findings to clients or colleagues, and providing guidance on land development projects. This is a contract position based in the beautiful city of Fonvieille.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment and software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Valid driver's license

Responsibilities:
- Conduct field surveys to gather data on land or marine features
- Use specialized equipment to measure and map out features
- Analyze data to determine accurate measurements
- Create detailed reports based on survey findings
- Present findings to clients or colleagues
- Provide guidance on land development projects
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Collaborate with other professionals such as engineers, architects, and construction workers

Salary: $1100/month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Fonvieille (willing to consider remote work for highly qualified candidates)

Contract Duration: 6 months (with possibility of extension)
