Entry-Level Baker
We are currently hiring an Entry-Level Baker to join our team in Fonvieille. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to our recipes and standards.
Responsibilities:
- Mix and prepare doughs for various types of breads and pastries
- Bake products in ovens according to specified times and temperatures
- Decorate finished products with icing, glazes, or toppings as needed
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as necessary
- Maintain inventory of baking ingredients and supplies
- Clean work area, equipment, and utensils after each shift
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
Requirements:
- No prior experience required, but must have a passion for baking
- Must have a valid biometric passport for employment eligibility purposes
- Ability to work full-time hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Team player with good communication skills
Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $900 per month. Salary may increase based on performance.
