Experienced Baker

We are searching for an experienced Baker to join our team in Fonvieille. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods. You must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a bakery or pastry shop, as well as strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs and batters according to recipes
- Shape and bake various types of breads, pastries, and cakes
- Decorate and present finished products
- Maintain inventory levels of ingredients and supplies
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation in the bakery at all times
- Train and supervise junior staff members

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Baker in a bakery or pastry shop
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
- Creativity in decorating baked goods is a plus
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely production of goods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Must have your own visa or residency permit for working in Fonvieille
