Handyman Technician

The Handyman Technician will be responsible for providing maintenance and repair services to various properties and facilities in Fonvieille. They will utilize their knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and general handiwork to complete tasks such as fixing leaky faucets, repairing broken appliances, and painting walls. The ideal candidate will have a biometric passport and previous experience in a similar role. This is an urgent job opportunity and accommodation will not be provided, so candidates must have the ability to live in Fonvieille or nearby. As a Handyman Technician, the individual must be able to work independently and efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality. The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repairs on various properties and facilities
- Complete tasks such as carpentry work, plumbing repairs, electrical work, and general handiwork
- Respond promptly to service calls and prioritize tasks based on urgency
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Keep track of inventory for necessary supplies and equipment

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a handyman or in a similar role
- Knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and general handiwork
- Ability to read blueprints or technical diagrams is an asset
- Biometric passport is required for this position
- Must have the ability to live in or near Fonvieille
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency
