Job Title: Handyman/Caretaker


We are a property management company in Fonvieille seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman/Caretaker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in general maintenance and repairs, as well as a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify any necessary repairs or improvements
- Respond promptly to tenant requests for repairs or assistance
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of common areas
- Ensure all equipment and tools are properly maintained and in good working condition
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work completed
- Assist with move-in/move-out process for tenants
- Other duties as assigned by the property manager

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in general maintenance and repairs
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Strong communication skills
- Biometric passport is required
- High school diploma or equivalent

Salary: $1500 per month
