Job Title: Administrator
Location: Fonvieille, France
We are hiring an experienced Administrator to join our growing team in Fonvieille, France. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our company and ensuring smooth functioning of all administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including emails and phone calls
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management
- Prepare and distribute internal memos, reports, and presentations
- Assist in budget planning and monitoring expenses
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leaves, and other HR-related matters
- Support HR department in recruitment process by screening resumes and scheduling interviews
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Administrator or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with office management procedures
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred
OR
Equivalent work experience in a similar administrative role
Salary:
1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
