We are in need of a skilled Handyman to join our team in Fonvieille. We are a busy company that takes care of various maintenance and repair tasks for residential and commercial properties. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of duties including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and general repairs.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as repairing drywall, fixing leaks, and replacing light fixtures
- Conduct routine inspections to identify any issues or potential problems
- Install and repair plumbing fixtures such as toilets, sinks, and faucets
- Conduct basic electrical work such as changing outlets and light switches
- Paint walls, ceilings, and other surfaces as needed
- Work with various hand and power tools to complete tasks efficiently
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or in a similar role
- Knowledge of basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects if needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this full-time position.

Location:
This job is located in Fonvieille. The ideal candidate should already be living in the area or be willing to relocate at their own expense.

Working hours:
This is a full-time position with 40 hours per week. The working schedule will require flexibility based on the needs of our clients.
