Location: Fonvieille, Monaco


We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team in Fonvieille, Monaco. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in order to keep our facilities in top condition. This role requires someone who is physically fit, detail-oriented, and has excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical repairs, and carpentry work
- Respond promptly to repair requests from staff and residents
- Inspect facilities regularly and identify any issues or potential problems
- Maintain inventory of tools and equipment and ensure they are kept in good working condition
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work on your feet for extended periods of time
- High school diploma or equivalent
