Hotel Sales Manager

As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel in Fonvieille. You will develop and implement strategic plans to attract and retain guests, while also ensuring their satisfaction during their stay. Your main goal will be to increase occupancy rates and revenue by identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify potential business opportunities through market research and networking
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other key partners
- Conduct site visits, presentations, and negotiations with potential clients
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies accordingly
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel sales or related industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed

We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month along with commission incentives based on performance. This is a full-time position without accommodation provided. However, we do offer support for obtaining a biometric passport if needed.
