Hotel Sales Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Fonvieille. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for the hotel through various channels, including corporate clients, travel agencies, and online platforms. You will develop and implement sales strategies, build relationships with potential clients, and maintain existing partnerships to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue for the hotel.
- Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue them.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and online booking platforms.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with potential clients.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery to guests.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Analyze sales data and create reports for management review.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales or a similar role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Knowledge of the local market trends and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
