Job Title: Office Manager

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team in Fonvieille. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and productivity in all areas. This is a contract position with a salary of $1300 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Coordinate meetings and handle scheduling for the team
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, responding as necessary
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Maintain an organized filing system for important documents
- Communicate with clients and vendors as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills
- Attention to detail is essential in this role

Preference will be given to candidates who have prior experience as an office manager or in a similar administrative role. Accommodation can be provided for out-of-town candidates if needed. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates of all nationalities.
