Hotel Sales Manager (Fonvieille)
As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel in Fonvieille. You will develop and implement sales strategies to attract new business and maintain relationships with existing clients. Your goal will be to increase occupancy rates and revenue by promoting our hotel as the top choice for travelers in the area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and networking
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Conduct site visits, presentations, and negotiations with potential clients
- Prepare reports on sales activities, revenue, and market trends for management review
- Attend industry events and conferences to promote the hotel and establish new contacts
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales or a similar role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of the local market in Fonvieille
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluency in English (French proficiency is a plus)
