Position Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Concierge to join our team at our luxury hotel in Fonvieille. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, assisting with their needs and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. This position requires no prior experience, but the candidate must be willing to live on-site and have their own visa to work in Fonvieille.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Assist guests with luggage, check-in, and check-out processes
- Provide recommendations for local attractions, dining options, and other services
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and efficiently
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests such as room service or housekeeping
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required; hospitality degree is a plus
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Customer service-oriented with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physically fit to lift heavy items such as luggage or assist guests with mobility issues
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required
