IT Manager - Contract Position (Greenland)

Our company is seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our team in Greenland on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information technology, with a focus on managing and maintaining systems and networks. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network security.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of our technology systems.
- Manage the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software.
- Monitor network performance and security to identify potential issues and implement solutions.
- Train employees on new technologies and provide ongoing support for their use.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and make recommendations for improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in information technology.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role.
- Knowledge of network administration and security protocols.
- Familiarity with various operating systems, databases, and programming languages.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical staff.
- Biometric passport preferred.
