IT Manager


As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all technology operations and evaluating them according to established goals. You will also be responsible for creating and implementing policies and systems that will meet the organization's objectives. Additionally, you will lead a team of IT professionals to ensure the smooth operation of all systems and networks.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the organization's technological infrastructure
- Evaluate and advise on new technologies that could improve efficiency and performance
- Manage IT budget and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and networks
- Ensure data security by implementing proper protocols and procedures
- Provide technical support to employees when needed
- Lead a team of IT professionals, assigning tasks and providing guidance as needed
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology to identify potential improvements for the organization

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role (2+ years preferred)
- Extensive knowledge of network infrastructure, software development, database management, and security protocols
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards a common goal
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the organization
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities

Salary: $1500 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Greenland (remote work may be considered)

Employment type: Full-time

Note: This position is open to freshers who meet all other requirements. Training will be provided for candidates without prior experience.
