Job Title: IT Support Technician
The IT Support Technician will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to users in a timely and efficient manner. They will diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues, install and configure computer systems, maintain hardware and software inventory, and provide training to users. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong understanding of various computer systems and software. They must also have excellent problem-solving abilities and be able to prioritize tasks effectively. This role is located in Greenland with provided accommodation and is open to candidates of all nationalities.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance to users via phone, email, or in person
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
- Install and configure computer systems for new employees or upgrades
- Maintain hardware and software inventory
- Train users on basic computer functions as needed
- Collaborate with other IT team members to troubleshoot complex issues
- Document all support activities in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT Support Technician or similar role
- Knowledge of various operating systems (Windows, MacOS) and basic networking concepts
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues independently
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving abilities with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently

Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- 1+ years of experience in a technical support role preferred

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.
