Computer Support Specialist

Our company in Greenland is seeking a skilled and experienced Computer Support Specialist to join our team. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of their computer systems. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting and problem-solving for computer systems, hardware, and software.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer equipment and peripherals.
- Set up new user accounts, permissions, and passwords.
- Train users on basic software and hardware functions.
- Monitor system performance to ensure uninterrupted operation.
- Maintain inventory of hardware and software supplies.
- Collaborate with other IT departments to resolve complex issues.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
- Extensive knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, networks, and software applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues quickly and find effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Salary: $1800 per month
