Job Title: Computer Support Specialist


We are seeking a highly skilled Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Greenland. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of their computer systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for computer hardware and software issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity problems
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals
- Perform routine maintenance and updates on computer systems
- Respond to client inquiries and requests in a timely manner
- Document all support activities and maintain accurate records
- Train clients on how to use new software or hardware systems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networks, and operating systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals

Salary: 1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Greenland (accommodation provided)

Visa Requirements: Biometric passport required for all nationalities.
