Job Title: IT Support Specialist


As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our company's computer systems, hardware, and software. You will be the first point of contact for all IT-related issues and will work closely with our team to ensure smooth operations and efficient use of technology.

Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for both remote and on-site employees
- Set up new computers, printers, and other equipment as needed
- Install and configure software applications
- Perform regular maintenance on systems to ensure optimal performance
- Provide training to employees on how to use different software and tools
- Monitor system security and perform updates as needed
- Collaborate with fellow IT team members to resolve complex issues
- Keep track of inventory and order new equipment when necessary

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role
- Knowledge of computer networks, operating systems, and software applications
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose problems quickly
- Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of Greenlandic is a plus)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
